They pay a private company to do background checks on all employees before being hired as well as the state background checks. They have a very safe and secure facility in Pelham. I've corresponded with {the owner} on several occasions about disaster planning, intruder security, and other safety issues. He went to great lengths to plan, prepare and implement fantastic safety and security procedures!"
